Color Format Reference

HEX — 6-digit hexadecimal (#RRGGBB). The most common format for web colors. Compact and widely supported.

RGB — Red, Green, Blue values (0–255). Intuitive for screen-based color mixing. Used in CSS as rgb(r, g, b).

HSL — Hue (0–360°), Saturation (0–100%), Lightness (0–100%). Easy to adjust brightness and vividity.

CMYK — Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black (0–100%). Used for print. Note: RGB-to-CMYK conversion is approximate without an ICC profile.
